Effective Monday, December 21, 2020, appointment only in-person services are available at our main office in Santa Ana. Only one person may enter per appointment. No additional guests are allowed in the building. No walk-in customers are accepted until further notice.

Our Anaheim and Laguna Hills branch offices will remain closed except for marriage services. Most Clerk-Recorder services continue to be available online and by mail; we encourage you to utilize this option first if possible.

The forms for obtaining a Marriage License via Power of Attorney, Power of Attorney Information Sheet, forms for requesting copies of Vital Records and recording Property Documents are available below. Please note that while some of the forms can be filled in on your computer before printing, others must be first printed out and then filled in by hand. You cannot submit any of these forms online.
